hwmon: add GPD devices sensor driver
Sensors driver for GPD Handhelds that expose fan reading and control via hwmon sysfs. Shenzhen GPD Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures a series of handheld devices. This driver implements these functions through x86 port-mapped IO.
