kallsyms: use kmalloc_array() instead of kmalloc()

Replace kmalloc(sizeof(*stat) * 2, GFP_KERNEL) with kmalloc_array(2,
sizeof(*stat), GFP_KERNEL) to prevent potential overflow, as recommended
in Documentation/process/deprecated.rst.
